If you have a credit agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and it was taken out prior to 6th April 2007, it may be unfair and therefore unenforceable. When you are ready to register, visit our Proceed Page and enter your details correctly in order to receive your login details. It is important that you white list our email address and check your Spam or Junk email folders. We will send you an email confirming your username and password so you may log in and proceed within your secure members area.


On submitting your Pre-Audit, you will receive the results within 72 working hours this will be a decision in principle. We will let you know if your pre-audit is pre-approved to proceed to the next step based on the information you have submitted.

Once we are in receipt of cleared funds together with all your signed paperwork, we will proceed with your case after the 14 day cooling off period. Status of your cases or any other information regarding your case can be viewed in your secure members area.

We will write to your creditor(s) requesting all of the relevant information relating to your case file as set out in the Data Protection Act. This is where your documentation request fee of £10 is required.

A documentation request fee is required for each separate pre-audit submitted. On receiving all the requested documentation from your creditor, we will prepare your case file for a full and thorough audit by our auditors. If your credit agreement is found to be breached and unfair, your case file will be forwarded to our solicitors to proceed to the next step. It is at this stage, that if your credit agreement is found to be fair and not breached after a second opinion, we will instruct a refund for the fees paid on that case and close the case file.


There are no additional fees to pay on the completion of your case.
